- 4 large ears of corn (husks and silks removed)
- 3 tablespoons butter (no subs!)
- 2 -4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 medium vidalia onion, finely chopped (not minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Using a sharp knife remove the corn kernels from the cob (I use my electric knife).

2Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3Add in the corn, sugar and cayenne pepper; stir cooking for about 10 minutes.

4Add in chopped onions and continue to cook until crispy.

5Season with salt and ground lots black pepper.
