Fried Frog Legs

  • 20 frog legs, cleaned and cut apart
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere)
  • 2 shakes garlic salt
  • 3 shakes pepper
  • oil (enough to make 2 inches deep in large frypan)

Directions

    Put flour and all seasonings in a large bowl and mix well. Add frog legs, cover bowl and shake to coat all frog legs thoroughly with dry mixture.

    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Sprinkle with additional salt and enjoy.
