Fried Frog Legs

- 20 frog legs, cleaned and cut apart
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere)
- 2 shakes garlic salt
- 3 shakes pepper
- oil (enough to make 2 inches deep in large frypan)
Directions

1Put flour and all seasonings in a large bowl and mix well. Add frog legs, cover bowl and shake to coat all frog legs thoroughly with dry mixture.

2Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.

3Drain on paper towels.

4Sprinkle with additional salt and enjoy.
