  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • apples, cored and sliced
  • fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • bananas, sliced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 c. Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • 1 pt. blueberries
  • 1/3 c. fresh mint

Directions

    Melt butter in large skillet.

    Cook apples for 3 minutes.

    Add pineapple.

    Cook an additional 3 minutes.

    Add bananas and cook just until warmed through.

    Remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
