- 1 stick oleo or butter
- apples, cored and sliced
- fresh or canned pineapple chunks
- bananas, sliced
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
- 1 pt. blueberries
- 1/3 c. fresh mint
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Cook apples for 3 minutes.

3Add pineapple.

4Cook an additional 3 minutes.

5Add bananas and cook just until warmed through.

6Remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
