  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1/2 chorizo cut in rounds
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • pinch cumin and oregano
  • 1 can garbanzos liquid removed. Optional radicchio or broccolli rabe leaves.

    Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until soft. Add garbanzos and chorizo cook 8-10 minutes. Add radicchio or greens and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve hot with crusty bread.
