- 4 large green tomatoes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- oil for frying
Directions

1Cut tomatoes into 1/2-inch slices.

2Mix flour, salt, pepper and seasoned salt in one bowl.

3Mix eggs and milk in another bowl. Dip tomato slices into egg mixture, then into flour.

4Repeat again, coating well.

5Fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain on paper towels.

6Arrange on platter and enjoy!
