- 2 to 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. flour
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Salt and pepper tomato slices.

2Dip tomato slices into beaten eggs, then into flour.

3Drop into deep hot oil; let fry until golden brown.
