Fried Ice Cream (simple)

  • 4 Ice cream (flavour of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 8 slice Bread
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Directions

    Place a plate or dish in deep freezer for about 30 minutes

    Take out and immediately place 4 scoops of ice cream on it.

    Put back in the freezer.

    In the meantime take 8 slices of bread and cut roundels with a cup.

    Spread the bread roundels in a plate and soak them in milk.

    Place them in a refrigerator (do not freeze them)

    After 1 hour take out bread slices and gently squeeze them with palm to remove milk.

    Heat a pan and add some sugar while on medium flame till it rurns brown.

    Take 1 ice cream scoop from freezer and place it between 2 bread roundel and firmly press with bare hands.

    Add to the pan immediately and roll gently to coat with the caramelised sugar.

    Serve immediately.

    Garnish with roasted nuts if preferred
