- 4 large potatoes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Slice potatoes into 1/2-inch strips and cover with water. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

2Put mixture into small bag.

3Remove potatoes from water, but do not blot.

4Drop a few slices at a time into the bag and shake.

5Deep fry until golden brown.

6Serves 6 to 8.
