  • 1 canola oil
  • 1 craked black pepper
  • 1 lime

    Fill large frying pan about half full of canals oil being to Med/high heat add three pork choose on each side til golden

    About 7 minutes,on each side depending on thickness of meat to tell if done poke with a,fork no blood should come out and juices,should be clear

    Plate and squeeze lime over pork chops,generously add cracked pepper and garnish with cilantro it won't get wasted it goes great with the flavor so eat it to or chop,it and top it just enjoy
