  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • Crushed garlic
  • garlic salt
  • Black pepper
  • Any kind of oil
  • butter

Directions

    Boil macaroni until al dente, not too soft.

    In large skillet heat oil or butter on medium-high.

    Add macaroni, pepper and garlic to taste.

    Let fry until darkening and some are lightly crisped.

    Turn off heat and serve.
