  • 6 c. yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (box) Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in boiling water for five minutes; drain.

    Blend together the carrots, cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
