- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c. baking mix or self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. club soda
- dash garlic salt
- cooking oil
Directions

1Rinse mushrooms and pat dry with a paper towel.

2In a bowl blend the flour, garlic and club soda until smooth.

3Dip mushrooms in batter and fry in about 1 inch of oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.
