Ingredients
- 1 batch green onions, cut all of it up
- 3 garlic buds, blended or smashed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 1 lb. pork, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. shrimp (small ones)
- 3 pkg. Oriental noodle soup mix (Top Ramen)
- 1/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions

1Fry green onions and garlic in one tablespoon olive oil for two minutes on medium-low heat.

2Set aside.

3Lightly brown pork in one tablespoon olive oil.

4Lightly brown chicken in one tablespoon olive oil.

5Add shrimp to garlic and onion.

6Add soy sauce.

7Add carrots, pork and chicken.

8Cook noodles in microwave.

9Add 1/2 cup water for each package noodles with seasonings.

10Place noodles, seasonings and water in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes; stir.

11Cook another minute.

12Drain noodles.
-
13Add to mixture and stir.
-
14Serve.
