- 1 pt. fresh okra or 16 oz. frozen okra
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1/4 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. water (if using fresh okra)
Directions

1Thaw okra (if frozen) in bowl.

2Combine flour, meal and pepper.

3Cut in margarine until crumbly.

4Dip okra in water (if using fresh okra).

5Roll in mixture to coat.

6Place on baking sheet; bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

7Serve with toothpick with salt and catsup.
