- 1 box beer batter
- 1 large jar Vlasic zesty dill pickles
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
- 1 can beer
- oil
Directions

1Preheat oil to frying temperature.

2Depending on preference, cut pickles lengthwise or crosswise making sure that slices are kept rather thin.

3Place pickles in bowl and set aside to let juices drain partially.

4Mix batter, cayenne pepper, creole seasoning and beer in large mixing bowl.

5Dip pickle slices into batter and fry until golden brown.
