- 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed on package and drain well. Whip butter and cream cheese well.

2Mix with cooked spinach.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Place in buttered casserole.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
