- 4 to 5 small pieces cubed steak
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- salt and pepper as desired
Directions

1Season your cubed steak and flour it.

2Fry until done.

3Take meat out and put on paper towel to absorb grease.

4Put steak in casserole dish, cut up onion and green pepper and arrange on top of steak.

5Cut tomatoes up and add tomatoes and juice on top of all ingredients.

6Cover and bake for about 2 hours at 250° to 300°.

7Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
