Ingredients

  • 1 qt. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. Crisco
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten in milk

Directions

    Mix all.

    Put in refrigerator until cold.

    Pinch out enough for each pie and roll on floured sheet.

    Cut by a saucer, before adding fruit (apples and peaches).

    Cook in greased hot skillet.
