- 6 oz. chopped, dried apples
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 cinnamon
- 1/4 nutmeg
Directions

1Place apples in cold water in a large saucepan.

2Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium to low heat.

3Simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.

4Add sugar, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg.

5Cool. Make biscuit dough.

6Roll out to 1/8-inch thick.

7Cut in 6-inch rounds.

8Place 2 tablespoons apples in center of each round.
