Fried Ravioli

   Let bread become a bit stale, then make breadcrumbs out of it in a food processor.

   Add in all seasonings.

   Put seasoned breadcrumbs on a large plate.

   Whisk together egg and milk.

    Dip each ravioli in the egg/milk and then cover in breadcrumbs.

    Drop carefully into vegetable oil heated to 350F.

    Be sure to not overcrowd your pot.

    Give them plenty of room.

    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

    Carefully remove from the oil to drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot.

    Serve with marinara and enjoy!

    (If you have leftover breadcrumbs, they are excellent for baked chicken fingers.)
