Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. jello
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
- 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Directions

1Dissolve jello in boiling water.

2Add other ingredients and stir.

3Pour into a gallon container.

4Finish filling with water (2 cups).

5Freeze.
-
6When ready to use, thaw until soft enough to chop with food chopper.

7Add 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream and 1 quart of ginger ale (I use more).

8Makes about 6 quarts of punch.
