Ingredients

  • 2 small cans mushrooms
  • 2 small cut up onions
  • 2 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • soy sauce
  • 2 cans clear chicken soup

Directions

    Saute onions in chicken fat, add rice and mix.

    Put few drops of soy sauce in, add mushrooms and chicken soup.

    Let set 5 minutes before serving.
