- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice in water.

2In preheated frypan, cook oil (less oil if you have a nonstick pan).

3Break egg in cup; beat with fork. Pour into warm oil; keep stirring until egg is stringy.

4Cook about 1 minute.

5Add cooked rice, green onions and tops and soy sauce.
