- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 c. boiling water
- 3 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken)
- 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces
Directions

1Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and rice.

2Brown, stirring continuously.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.

4Combine all in a baking dish; add mushrooms, salt and pepper.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
