- 6 c. cooked rice
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- soy sauce
Directions

1Scramble eggs in pan and set aside.

2Cut bacon into pieces and fry in large pan.

3Add green pepper and onion and saute together. Gradually add rice, crumbling into pan and mixing with bacon, pepper and onion.

4Add eggs and mix well.

5Sprinkle with soy sauce to flavor.
