- 4 strips bacon, cut finely
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. pork, boiled
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cooked ham
- 1/4 c. shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, cut fine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon until slightly brown.

2Remove bacon from skillet and fry the beaten egg in bacon fat.

3Set aside.

4Add cooked rice and fry for 5 minutes.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Add all other ingredients, cooked bacon and seasonings.

7Garnish with scrambled eggs, ham and green onion.
