- 4 c. cooked rice
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. cut up pork, chicken, etc.
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cook rice the day before and refrigerate.

2Heat oil in deep frying pan.

3Saute meat and celery.

4Add rice, stirring and press out any lumps.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

7Make a hollow in rice mixture and pour in beaten egg. Stir the pan until the egg begins to set.

8Add onions and soy sauce.
