- 2 lb. shrimp
- 2 stalks celery
- soy sauce
- 1 c. rice
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
- chicken or pork
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Put rice and oil in heavy skillet and lightly brown, stirring constantly.

2Saute chopped vegetables and add to rice.

3Add meat, 3/4 cup water and add a little soy sauce.

4Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Remove from heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
