- 1 rabbit, dressed
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cut up rabbit into serving size pieces.

2Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

3Brown in hot cooking oil. Remove the meat, add flour to the pan, followed by 1 cup water and the meat, onion, bay leaf and garlic powder.

4Stir, cover and simmer until well done.

5Stir in the sour cream and heat again, but do not boil.
