- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 2 cans beef bouillon soup
Directions

1Saute garlic, onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in butter, about 5 minutes.

2Add Minute rice and brown slowly for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Add bouillon and boil for 5 minutes.

4Let stand for 10 minutes.
