  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, cooked and scrambled
  • 1/2 lb. chicken meat, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (as needed)
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/4 c. minced carrots
  • 1/4 c. sweet peas

Directions

    Place oil in pan.

    Cook chicken, carrots and onions together over low heat.

    When chicken is cooked, pour in remaining ingredients, except precooked eggs.

    Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

    Pour cooked mixture into precooked eggs.
