- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp and crumble; drain.

2Stir-fry onion in bacon drippings for 2 minutes.

3Add rice and stir-fry 7 to 8 minutes.

4Add soy sauce, water and bacon.

5Reduce heat.

6Pour eggs on top of rice; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
