  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 3 c. rice
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 strips bacon, crushed

Directions

    Saute onion, peppers and bacon (crushed).

    Add scrambled eggs. Cook rice as directions state.

    Add rice and soy sauce.
