  • 1 c. cooked, cooled rice
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

Directions

    Saute garlic and onion until golden brown.

    Add the beaten egg; stir, then add the cooked rice and put in the soy sauce and bacon.

    Cook until it blends mixture together.
