- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Saute garlic and onion until golden brown.

2Add the beaten egg; stir, then add the cooked rice and put in the soy sauce and bacon.
