- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 4 Tbsp. instant chicken or beef soup base
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in a large skillet or wok.

2Cook and stir until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes, using medium-high heat.

3Stir in the rice, the soup base and soy sauce.

4Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes.
