- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 chopped green onions (including tops)
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet, then saute rice until golden.

2Add soup mix, water and soy sauce.

3Cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until water is absorbed.

4Add onions.

5In another pan, scramble eggs.

6Add eggs to rice and serve.
