- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 8 oz. cooked pork or chicken, cut in strips
- 4 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice in 3 cups water; drain.

2Cook bacon in wok over medium heat; stir often.

4Remove drippings.

5Beat eggs into wok with drippings; spread over bottom.

6Cook until set, 1 to 2 minutes.

8Roll up and cut into thin strips.
