- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- sesame oil
- 1 lb. chopped raw chicken, beef or pork
- soy sauce to taste
- 16 oz. early peas, drained
- 2 to 3 c. rice, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in oil in wok or large pot.

2Add 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

3Add meat.

4Cook until done.

5Add salt to taste.

6Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and early peas.

7Cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water.

8Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil and add mixture to the cooled rice.

9Serve warm.
