Ingredients

  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • sesame oil
  • 1 lb. chopped raw chicken, beef or pork
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 16 oz. early peas, drained
  • 2 to 3 c. rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Saute onions and garlic in oil in wok or large pot.

    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

    Add meat.

    Cook until done.

    Add salt to taste.

    Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and early peas.

    Cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water.

    Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil and add mixture to the cooled rice.

    Serve warm.
