- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 small box Minute rice, cooked
Directions

1In large skillet, melt 3/4 stick of margarine.

2Saute onion and green pepper.

3Add beaten egg and sliced mushrooms.

4Add soy sauce to taste.

5Add cooked rice and mix well.

6Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and more soy sauce if needed.

7If rice seems dry, add remaining margarine.
