- teacup cabbage
- 4 potatoes, cut in dice
- 4 or 5 ears corn, cut off
- 1 tomato, cut fine
- little onion
Directions

1Get a shin-bone.

2Put over with water.

3Get ready carrot, cabbage, potatoes, corn and tomato; boil carrot 1 hour, cabbage 1 hour, potatoes half hour, corn 20 minutes and tomatoes last, a little onion if desired.

4Season to taste and strain through the colander.
