- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. meat of choice, cooked, salt and peppered and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. cooked vegetables
Directions

1Fry onion and rice in oil until golden.

2Fry eggs until firm. Cut into squares.

3Add eggs, meat, soy sauce, vegetables, salt and pepper to rice.

4Fry for a few minutes and serve.
