- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 c. frozen green peas, cooked
- dash of garlic powder
- 3 c. cooked regular rice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil in small skillet; add eggs and cook, stirring constantly until firm, but still moist.

2Set aside.

3Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.

4In skillet, crumble bacon and set aside.

5Add next 4 ingredients to drippings; cook until onions are tender.

6Stir in rice, soy sauce, eggs and bacon.

7Cook until thoroughly heated. Yield:
