- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. rice
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- salt to taste
Directions

1Wash and drain rice.

2Heat pan on stove on medium heat.

3Add oil in pan.

4Saute chopped onion and pepper, about 1 minute.

5Add chopped tomatoes and mix together for another minute.

6Also add salt to taste.

7Add rice and mix well.
