  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 ounces plus 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne
  • lemon peel for garnish

Directions

    In cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, sugar, gin, and ice cubes and shake to chill.

    Strain cocktail into Champagne flute and top off with Champagne.
