- 1 tsp. oil
- 2 c. diced pork, beef or chicken
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- cooked rice
- 1 well beaten egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Fry pork, beef or chicken in oil until brown. Add green pepper and onion. Stir and fry 2 to 3 minutes.

2Add cooked rice and continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add egg, green onions and soy sauce.

4Stir into rice and cook until done, 3 to 4 minutes.
