- 2 c. strawberries
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 box Sure-Jell
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Crush berries slightly.

2Put sugar over berries and stir into fruit.

3Let stand for 10 minutes.

4Mix water and Sure-Jell in a small saucepan.

5Bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6At once stir into fruit.

7Continue stirring 3 minutes.

8Immediately ladle into containers, leaving 1/2 inch space at top.

9With a damp cloth, wipe any spills from containers. Cover at once with lids.

10Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.

11Store jam in freezer.
