- 4 c. cooked rice (refrigerate overnight)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. ham or 2 Chinese sausages
- 1/3 c. frozen peas
- 1/3 c. cooked, cubed carrots
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 2 scrambled eggs, shredded
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- salt (optional)
Directions

1Heat oil at moderate-high in wok.

2Saute garlic until browned. Add rice.

3Mix.

4Add soy sauce, peas, carrots, bean sprouts, eggs and ham.

5Mix well until heated through.

6Season with salt, if desired.
