Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked rice (refrigerate overnight)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. ham or 2 Chinese sausages
  • 1/3 c. frozen peas
  • 1/3 c. cooked, cubed carrots
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 2 scrambled eggs, shredded
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • salt (optional)

Directions

    Heat oil at moderate-high in wok.

    Saute garlic until browned. Add rice.

    Mix.

    Add soy sauce, peas, carrots, bean sprouts, eggs and ham.

    Mix well until heated through.

    Season with salt, if desired.
