  • 1 12 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 8 ounces pea pods
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 8 ounces edamame
  • 1 cup of sliced celery
  • 4 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced

Directions

    cook rice.

    Scrambled eggs.

    Slice and chop vegtables and saute with olive oil and garlic.

    Add rice, soy sauce and sesasme oil and heat through.

    Gentlly fold in eggs and serve.
