Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 14 cup frozen peas or 14 cup corn
- 12 lb chopped chicken thighs or 12 lb pork chop
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons sesame oil
- 18 cup soy sauce
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1the day before or morning of, boil water and chicken broth in a pot.

2Add uncooked rice to boiling water, put tight fitting lid on, and turn down to simmer.

3Cook approx 20-25 min until done (follow rice container instructions).

4The night of cooking rice:.

5put 2 tbs of butter in pan and heat up.

6Add chopped onions and cook until tender.

7Remove from pan.

8Put 1 tbs of butter in pan and add scrambled eggs.

9Cook until done and remove from pan.

10In a large skillet, heat up sesame oil over medium high heat.

11Add chopped chicken or pork.

12Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and pepper.

13Cook till done, then remove from pan.

14Add more sesame oil to pan and spread it around.

15Add rice to pan and pour soy sauce over rice.

16Sprinkle with garlic powder and ground ginger.

17Keep cooking and stirring until it's all sizzly.

18Add frozen corn or peas, stir and cook for one minute.

19Add chicken, onions, and eggs and stir.
-
20Cook for another minute.

21Serve and enjoy!
