- 3 c. uncooked medium grain rice
- 2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 6 slices raw bacon, chopped
- 1 c. green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- soy sauce
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, cook rice with water; set aside.

2In a wok, over high heat, add oil and bacon.

3Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to separate bacon pieces.

4Add green onion and cook until onion is tender, about 1 minute.

5Add rice and mix well. While still over heat, add eggs; mix well until cooked.

6Season with soy sauce and serve.
